Hello, my name is Dunja and I have a problem. After being tormented by my old employer, I decided to start a new apprenticeship at the age of 26. As I live alone and the training programme involves 41 hours a week, I found it difficult to find a mini-job. This resulted in electricity debts of €254.72. I have now received a notice from the electricity supplier threatening to cut off my electricity. Unfortunately, he won't agree to an extension of the deadline.
