My name is Patrick and I run a mountain farm in Eastern Styria. Our aim is to supply the region with high-quality, locally sourced food – at fair prices. We focus on soil-conserving farming and environmental protection by combiningtraditional techniques with modern methods.

We already have dairy cows, pigs, sheep, rabbits and young cattleon our farm , and we plan to introduce chickens soon . In the long term, we also hope to add goats to the farm. In 2024 , we built a Walipini earth greenhouse to grow vegetables sustainably. We are also currently constructing a bio-digester, a system that generates heat through the natural composting of organic waste and supplies us with environmentally friendly energy.

We need a processing roomto process our farm’s own produce – milk, meat, bread, herbs and vegetables. This will enable us to offer our products in the highest quality and to further expand the farm.
