Ricki got through the colic without surgery
Unfortunately, Spike and Blacky had to have surgery. They are both on the mend.
It is with a heavy heart that we write to you today:
Three of our beloved school horses – Spike, Blacky and Ricki – had to be rushed to the clinic due to severe colic. All three are an integral part of our riding school and, above all, are now an indispensable part of the children’s lives.
The medical care, the hospital stay (a really hefty bill) and any follow-up treatment involve very high costs, which we can hardly manage on our own. That is why we are asking for your support – every donation counts, no matter how small!
Let’s work together to ensure that Spike, Blacky and Ricki get well again quickly and can return to the farm soon 💛
