I am Marco, 41 years old from Graz (Austria/Styria)

I worked for the city of Graz until the end of last year and helped with clearing out settlements.

I had already had 4 nervous breakdowns before that, thought nothing of it and continued to work, but realised that I was getting weaker and weaker.

On 6 January this year I had an acute heart attack at home after eating, I called the emergency services myself (I don't know how), fell unconscious and after being resuscitated once, I woke up in hospital with 3 stents in my heart.

The heart attack was caused by nervous breakdowns, stress, depression, eating too much unhealthy food and smoking too much

The result: Acute anterior myocardial infarction which caused a large amount of muscle tissue in the heart to die and my cardiac output is now around 41%.

I came out of rehab 3 weeks ago, where I learnt a lot about healthy eating, exercise and, above all, how to deal with it now.

Now I want...or have to start my new life, I still live in a 23m² flat, uncomfortable, no space and above all I want to get out of the big city, it's all too much for me and I need the peace and quiet to avoid stress as much as possible.

I've lost my job now because I can no longer carry heavy furniture,

Nevertheless, fate has FINALLY been kind to me today.

This afternoon the landlord of the flat I looked at 4 days ago got in touch and I'm getting it,50m²..lots of space I'll get the key on Thursday,yipiii.(Photo of the new flat is enclosed.)

As if that wasn't enough, 20 minutes later a social organisation called me, they heard about my story and really want to get to know me, they are looking for people with disabilities for light and pleasant activities...WOW. What a DAY

Due to my heart failure my heart is still beating like crazy .

So now to my actual request.

As I am now starting my new life in a new nice big flat, my decision is to leave my old life behind me, except for some things to wear, the TV, PC, laptop...otherwise everything will go.

Therefore my request to you dear people, I ask for donations, because I will buy everything new from scratch.

From furniture,clothes,kitchen appliances,flowers,etc.etc.
