I’ve found a small spot (a market), which is excellent, with plenty of foot and vehicle traffic, and a large university nearby! There’s nothing in the area that resembles my shop concept.

I’m going to offer passers-by the best fast food: the customer comes to the window, places their order, and in a few seconds it’s ready and they can be on their way.
