Description
I came to this idea to start this founding since the last 10 years I have a dream to visit and make a journey around Italy
I love the italian tradition and I would like to learn even more.
I want to experience the Italian way of living to learn more about their food.
I am a chef so for me their food ans cuisine is something special
I would like to visit small placea in the dolomiti, to cook with the Italian nonna's.
And trought all this journey I would make an instagrma and facebook pagea where I would be posting everyday news and story.
After the travel I would write a small book with some easy 10-15min recipe for everyday cooking and use my experince to share with you the Italian passion and make the Italian cuisine available to everybody
