Description
Dear friends, my name is Tonia Kaziani and here on the enchanting island of Tinos, I have been working tirelessly every day for the past five years to provide love and care to over 45 stray cats.
I have always loved cats, ever since I was a little girl, and they have always loved me too!!! [What an honour!]
Here on Tinos, winter is very hard for stray cats. When the summer holidaymakers leave the island in winter, these tender creatures are left alone, without food, without veterinary care, and without a place to shelter from the rain and the strong winds of Tinos. So here I am today, currently unemployed, faced with feeding over 45 cats of all ages, dealing with the respiratory illnesses that afflict many of them, their neutering, and the lack of small shelters for them so that they can protect themselves from the weather.Unable to cover the costs, I am asking for your help, as even the local authorities on the island are completely indifferent to the problems of the island’s strays, in general...
Every donation, however small or large, will give these little cats a chance at life and safety. Let’s come together to offer them the love and protection they deserve, because together we can make a difference.
All your donations will be used exclusively to
purchasing dry and wet food
medical care for sick animals
spaying 10 of the 45 cats that are currently young and unspayed
outdoor shelters to protect them from the rain
If you would like to help these animals, you will become part of this big cat family!!!I will share with you every joyful step taken towards achieving our goals!!!! For these creatures, I have made many personal sacrifices
that I do not regret for a single moment!!!! But now I have ‘fallen’..... Give me a hand until I am able to look after them on my own again..
Thank you from the bottom of my heart......
P.S. OF COURSE I will tell them about all of you who are willing to become their ‘carers’ for a while....
Cats are very emotional creatures; they can feel gratitude and show it...!!!
