Seven years of saudade: a visit to Brazil with my family"

After seven years living in Portugal, far away from my family in Brazil, the time has come to put the pieces of my puzzle back together and to feel nostalgic. I now live next door to my husband and our daughter, who still don't know my family personally. The distance has been a challenge, but homesickness and the desire to see those I love most are even stronger.

This request is simple, but full of hope. I'm doing this to help realise a dream: to visit Brazil and finally introduce my family to the family I've built. A trip that is not only about nostalgia, but also about allowing my husband and daughter to get to know the roots that have moulded me.
