After my husbands passing last year I am not allowed to live in our house due to his depts and hus older daughter. He passed from lung, liver and bonde cancer. I have no money and can't pay everybody off. The house need heating and repairs so that I can sell the house so I myself can let go of morgages and loans for the house. The realtor told me that it's only worth half of what we paid. I can't continue to pay for both house and the very old apartment me and my 8 y o daughter now live in. I am obligated to but I have no steady job and now my whole income goes to just morgages, loans, rent, insurances etc. In a few years I can't afford that either. I need to get as much as possible for the house as possible. There is also mold in the old bathroom witch needs to be fixed. If I could I would want for us to live in the house but that dream is not in our cards. Living there was a family dream for me snd my passed husband and our daughter lived living there.
