We’re asking for your help to cover our veterinary costs – even the price of an ice cream would make an incredible difference right now! 😍

At the shelter in Karcag (Kóbor Szívek Foundation), we provide a safe haven for more than 200 dogs. We provide them with food, water and, where necessary, medication every day.

We take them to the vet when necessary. We also look after their emotional well-being so that they can learn to trust people again.

Quite a few puppies have recently come into our care and, as is often the case with young dogs, there is a risk of parvovirus rearing its head – and, sadly, that is exactly what happened.

Apart from them, we also had a dog in poor condition who needed an operation.

All of a sudden, we’ve racked up 1.5 million in veterinary bills that we have to pay.

We always try to set aside savings for unexpected situations, but we don’t have that sort of money to hand and we’re now in a very difficult situation.

However, we remain confident that, just as kind-hearted people have proven time and again, we can count on you and that together we’ll be able to overcome this obstacle too.
