Description
We support families and people with financial problems who are unable to earn a living in various parts of Africa.

I try to ensure that they get at least one warm meal a day. This does not cost us much, because, for example, 3 zlotys is enough for breakfast in Kenya

Bean soup with pancakes, chapati and other delicacies. Dinner with black ugali tea and spinach costs PLN 5.
In Nigeria, one substantial meal costs 11 zlotys for an adult and 5 for a child. With rice and meat, such a hearty meal lasts a long time.

And with noodles from Chinese soups with egg for 5 zlotys.
The salaries of those who work range from 120 to 240 zlotys per month, and unfortunately they also have children to feed without 800+ or any government benefits.
They often fast, eating one meal a day or one every two days.

In Gambia, their meals are not expensive for us either, because, for example, you can make sardines with onions, rice, mayonnaise and ketchup for about £2, or eat a plate of milk soup with biscuits and sugar for £0.70.

Almost no one has an easy life on earth, but when your only main meal is sugar-sweetened water, you don't have the strength to work even for that one meal a day. Usually, work is worth one meal a day. However, to find a job, you have to get up around 5 a.m. and wait by the main road for a potential employer.
