I never thought I’d end up in a situation like this, but here I am asking for help.

I lived with my father in a municipal apartment that was adapted for him, as he used a wheelchair. It was our home for a long time. On March 16, my father passed away from sepsis, and since then everything has felt uncertain.

I’ve been trying to get answers about what will happen with the apartment, but so far there is still no clear decision. The lease is valid until June 5, 2026, and by then I will need to find a new place to live. The truth is, I don’t have anywhere to go right now, and renting a place on my own is far beyond what I can afford.

Losing my father so suddenly has already been incredibly hard, and on top of that, the fear of losing my home makes everything even heavier.

I’m trying to find a small, stable place where I can feel safe again. Right now, I simply don’t have the savings to make that happen on my own.

I’ve set a goal of €40,000, which would give me a chance to secure a home and slowly rebuild my life and stability again. My goal is to find a small, stable place that I can call my own.
