I'm going through an extremely difficult and delicate time. My heart goes out to you for help.

I'm currently facing serious health problems - I have two dental abscesses that cause intense pain and a constant fever. I urgently need dental care and appropriate medication, but unfortunately I can't afford it.


What's more, I'm in arrears with my bills and I can't afford basic food, clothes, shoes and other essential necessities to live with dignity.
