Hello, I’m Johanna, Helmut’s daughter.
Perhaps you know me, or perhaps you only know my father.
My father passed away on 30 December 2025 in his flat in Munich.
I am at peace with him and his passing; he didn’t want to go on any longer, he said at the end.
Alongside my grief, I am now unfortunately also facing a major financial challenge: the cost of his funeral.
My father didn’t leave me any inheritance, and I’m currently unable to cover the funeral costs on my own. Nevertheless, I very much want to be able to give him a dignified send-off.
That is why, with a heavy heart, I have decided to launch this fundraising campaign. Every contribution, no matter how small, will help me cover the costs involved.
