for retrocervical endometriosis surgery
for retrocervical endometriosis surgery
Description
I am a 30-year-old woman.
Since my 20s, I have been struggling with dysmenorrhea, but in recent months the pain has become much more intense and difficult to bear.
It took me many years to receive a clear diagnosis. I first underwent an MRI scan, followed by an ultrasound and many visits at gynecologists, and finally received the diagnosis: retrocervical endometriosis — a lesion measuring 6 cm in length and 1.5 cm in thickness.
I experience pain every single day, and unfortunately, painkillers are no longer effective.
After a long search, I have finally found doctors who are ready to perform the necessary surgery. However, the cost is very high — starting from 4,000 euros (at Riga 1.hospital, www.1slimica.lv). That is why I am kindly asking for help.
Here you can find out more about endometriosis.
