We are a group of former mountain rescuers, dedicated individuals who have always been there when nature put lives at risk. After years of responding to emergency calls in the mountains, we now want to continue helping communities affected by natural disasters in Romania.

Floods, landslides, and other calamities leave behind not only destroyed homes but also isolated people who urgently need help — whether to receive food and water or to be evacuated from danger.

Why Do We Need a Unimog?

A Unimog is an extremely powerful utility vehicle capable of reaching places where other vehicles cannot: through deep mud, rough terrain, or completely destroyed roads. With this vehicle, we will be able to:

• Transport aid (food, drinking water, emergency supplies) to disaster-stricken areas.

• Evacuate people trapped by calamities, where intervention crews face difficulties.

Such a vehicle costs approximately 15,000 euros, which will allow us to purchase a fully functional second-hand Unimog ready to be transformed into a true rescue vehicle. We will provide all necessary documents to justify the purchase to donors.
