Help me on my way to the IPSF Pole Sport World Championships in Buenos Aires

Dear supporters,

My name is Natália, and this year I have been given a huge honour: I will be representing Hungary at the IPSF Pole Sport World Championships in Buenos Aires, in the Senior category.

Pole sport came into my life when I was 51. Many women over 50 know the feeling of slowly becoming invisible — the children grow up and move away, age discrimination appears in the workplace, and society takes less and less notice of us. Pole dancing gave me a new beginning. It brought strength, self-confidence and joy into my life. It set new goals for me and gave me the courage to prove that it is never too late to start something new.

Now, at the age of 57, after six years of persistent work, I have reached a level I never dared to dream of: I can stand on the stage of the World Championships. For me, this is more than just a competition — it is proof that women of any age can rebuild themselves, take on new challenges and draw strength from movement.

The trip to Argentina will be an experience of a lifetime for me, and it will also be the first time I’ve travelled this far from home. To make this happen, I’d like to ask for your support to help cover some of the travel costs (flight tickets, accommodation and safe travel).

If you believe that women can shine at any age, that it is never too late to start something new, and that passion has no expiry date — I would be infinitely grateful for every contribution, no matter how small. Together, we can show the world that age is just a number, and that strength, perseverance and joy are timeless values.

Thank you for supporting me on this journey — not just for myself, but for every woman who needs the reminder that she is never invisible.

With love and gratitude,

Natália Szarvas

Dear supporters,

My name is Natália, and this year I have the incredible honour of representing Hungary at the IPSF World Pole Sports Championship in Buenos Aires, competing in the Senior category.

Pole sport came into my life at the age of 51. Many women over 50 know the feeling of slowly becoming invisible — children grow up and leave home, workplaces often overlook us, and society tends to see us less and less. But pole sport gave me a new beginning. It gave me strength, confidence, and joy. It gave me goals to chase and the courage to prove that it is never too late to start something new.

Now, at 57, after six years of dedication, I’ve reached a level I never imagined possible: standing on the stage of a world championship. For me, this is more than a competition — it is proof that women can reinvent themselves at any age, embrace new challenges, and find empowerment through movement.

Travelling all the way to Argentina will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me. It will also be my first trip this far from home. To make this dream possible and cover part of the expenses (flights, accommodation, and safe travel), I am reaching out for support.

If you believe, as I do, that women can shine at any age, that it’s never too late to start, and that passion has no expiry date — I would be deeply grateful for your contribution, no matter how small. Together, we can show the world that age is just a number, and that strength, resilience, and joy are timeless.

Thank you for supporting me on this journey — not only for myself, but for all women who need a reminder that they are never invisible.

With love and gratitude,

Natália Szarvas
