​I am reaching out as an independent builder in Romania to ask for help. My name is Cristian, and I am documenting a journey of financial resilience: building a self-sustained off grid home while navigating the limitations of the traditional banking system.

As a freelancer in Romania, I am effectively excluded from traditional credit markets. I cannot access standard housing loans because my independent professional status doesn't fit into the legacy banks' rigid categories. To maintain progress, I have been living on-site in my vehicle in the remote Colibița region of the Carpathian Mountains, building an off-grid "A-frame" house with my own hands.

I am committed to total transparency in this project. I am a fully ID-Verified user on global social and financial platforms having passed all international security protocols. I am a real person, building a real home, using only my knowledge and my own hands 

What i urgently need 

I am seeking a micro Grant to finalize the critical infrastructure of this home: solar energy panels, a sustainable water supply, and interior insulation and wood. 

​If supported, I will:

- ​Document the Workflow: Create a public guide showing how "unbanked" freelancers in Europe can build for inclusion. 

- ​Advocate for Real-World Assets (RWA).
