Hello, my name is Konstantinos, and I’m a chef from Greece specializing in burgers. Initially, my plan was to open a restaurant featuring my own unique recipes—a more gourmet, restaurant-style burger. However, along the way, I realized that gathering the necessary funds for this would take a lifetime. So, I decided to put all my recipes and knowledge about burgers into creating a cookbook.

My passion for burgers has led me to experiment with flavors and ingredients that you wouldn't typically find in a regular burger. These recipes bring a fresh perspective to the classic burger, blending traditional flavors with bold innovations.
