We’re a small group of volunteers based in Kempten DE, and DroneAid Kempten is proud to be part of the DroneAid Collective, an educational initiative aimed at empowering both veterans and tech enthusiasts by giving them hands-on experience with drone technology.
Our mission is simple, yet impactful:
We’re building a local community that raises funds for drone parts, organizes practical workshops, and teaches people how to assemble and fly FPV drones. These drones are then donated to help with critical defense needs — but the effect goes beyond just that.
DroneAid Collective isn’t only about drones — it’s about people. Through our workshops, participants develop real-world skills in electronics, soldering, and drone assembly while contributing to something bigger than themselves.
Here’s what we’re working towards:
🛡️ Strengthening Europe by fostering civil-military cooperation, and boosting resilience and independence.
👩🔧 Developing talent by bringing together veterans and civilians, nurturing technical skills, and sparking an interest in the rapidly evolving defense technology space.
This initiative is 100% volunteer-run.
It’s not a commercial venture, and donations aren’t tax-deductible — but rest assured, every euro goes directly toward purchasing the necessary tools and materials for our workshops.
