Our warrior Filipe was born with Norrie Syndrome. He can't see, he can't speak and he can't walk. But if there's one thing he shows us every day, it's the strength of a heart that wants to live, feel and grow.

We travelled to Cuba in search of a better future for our son. And now, back in Portugal, we continue with the same purpose: to provide him with all the necessary therapies and stimuli so that one day he can achieve his autonomy.

We received an opinion that gave us hope - Filipe has the potential to develop. But for that to happen, he needs to be accompanied, stimulated and loved, every day, with everything we have... and with everything that, unfortunately, we still lack.

Therapies are expensive. Support is scarce. And the truth is that we can't do it alone.

As parents, we'll do everything we can. But we won't be here forever, and that's why we need your solidarity: so that Filipe has a decent future, full of possibilities.
