Health in the hive - Apitherapeutic house for the public

Campaign Objective:

Our goal is to build an apitherapy house in the beautiful surroundings of the Křivoklát Protected Landscape Area, which will serve the public to use apitherapy - treatment with bee products such as honey, bee venom, propolis and pollen. This little house will become a place of rest and regeneration for anyone seeking natural methods of promoting health and mental well-being.

Why apitherapy?

Apitherapy is an ancient method that uses the natural power of bee products to treat and prevent various health problems. This therapy is known for its positive effects on the immune system, inflammation, painful ailments and stress. Bees are essential not only for nature but also for our health.

What will the apitherapy house offer?

• Bee Product Therapy: visitors will be able to enjoy various forms of apitherapy, from honey vapour inhalation, to propolis massage and bee venom application under expert supervision.
• Educational programmes and workshops.
• Relaxation and wellness: The site will be used for relaxation, where people can enjoy a peaceful environment that will promote their health.
• Beekeeping activities: in addition to therapies, there will be hands-on beekeeping demonstrations on how to properly care for bees and how to use their products.

Why do we need your help?

We need funding to build an apitherapy house for:

1. Construction and renovation of the space - Where it will be possible to conduct therapies, educational programs and provide comfortable facilities for visitors.
2. Purchase the necessary equipment and aids for the therapies (e.g. bee therapy equipment, honey inhalers, propolis massage aids, etc.).
3. Provision of professional staff - Beekeepers, therapists and instructors to conduct workshops and treatments.

• 500 Kč.
• 1,000 CZK: Name on a plaque in the apitherapy house as a supporter.
• 2 000 CZK: Two-day wellness stay in the apitherapy house, including therapies and workshops.
• 5 000 CZK.
• 10 000 CZK: partner donation - become a member of the project and co-create the program in the Apitherapy House

When will it be done?

After a successful funding campaign, we will begin the project in March 2025, and we hope to have the apitherapy house open to the public by June 30, 2025.
