Good morning, I have set up this fundraiser for Karolina, who is in desperate need of our help. Karolina is a very kind girl with a good heart, but the suffering she has endured is beyond description.The illness she lives with is very debilitating, including the dialysis sessions she attends three times a week, each lasting four hours. 

She has undergone a bilateral nephrectomy (removal of both kidneys). But that is not the worst of it; Karolina may lose her home due to debt resulting from a lack of financial resources. The amount of debt is 9,000,000 zlotys.

The battle with the social security office is still ongoing. Karolina is now awaiting genetic tests to determine when the illness she is struggling with first arose.It is very sad that the system wrongs such people and drives them even to homelessness and the inability to look after their health.(This is the situation Karolina finds herself in. In this case, Karolina will not be able to overcome such serious consequences without your help.
