Description
I am a member of the public, a simple villager who has had enough of the dogs that harass people in the village (even though they are supposed to have owners). Irresponsible pet ownership and the lack of a dog warden or animal shelter – or rather, the authorities’ indifference – are slowly making life unbearable. Even my own pets are not safe.
As a member of the public, I want to change this.
I’m not expecting miracles; unfortunately, these dogs will be back on the streets – but at least those responsible will be identifiable. The Animal Protection Act is good, but the authorities simply don’t have the capacity to enforce it.
