The Light-Life Movement in the Diocese of Bydgoszcz has played an important role in the lives of many faithful for years, offering spiritual formation, retreats, formation and community meetings. In order to serve the faithful even more effectively and develop the activities of the Movement, we need to create a Diocesan Centre for Light-Life. This dream, which we want to realise together, needs your support!

Aim of the project: the Centre will become the focal point for the development of the Light-Life Movement in the Diocese of Bydgoszcz. It will be a place for meetings, formation, days of recollection, as well as a space for collective spiritual development. Thanks to the Centre, the Movement will be able to expand its activities, offering a richer formative offer and better meeting conditions for the faithful from all over our diocese. The benefits of its creation are: an increase in the number of participants and meetings, better integration of communities, access to modern halls and equipment, and the creation of sustainable facilities for spiritual development.

Description of the planned centre: we want the Diocesan Centre for Light-Life to be a modern and functional facility, offering:

• Spacious meeting and workshop rooms to suit different needs.
• A chapel, providing space for prayer and liturgical celebration.
• A library with an extensive stock of spiritual and formational literature.
• Meeting rooms for smaller groups, fostering community bonding.
• Social and administrative premises.

Why do we need financial support? The cost of adapting the building and equipping the Diocesan Centre for Light-Life is significant. Without the financial support of individuals and institutions, the implementation of this important project will be very difficult, if not impossible. Your generosity will allow us to build a dignified and functional Centre that will serve many generations.

How will the funds raised be used? The funds raised will be used for:

• Adapting the building designated by the Bishop of Bydgoszcz to meet the needs of our community (75% of the budget),
• Furnishing the Centre (25% of the budget).
