Description
Internet should be easily accessible and cheap. Sadly in Estonia it isnt yet, despite fact that country has well known IT image, Actual situation is way worse. Estonia is ruled by monopol Telia, who simply refuses to invest. Base network assembled in area 2015, as elasa (www.elasa.ee) project. After that i had numerous-endless discussions with Telia. All i got excuses and classic answers NOT to assemble final connection. Although Telia´s profilt is over 100 mln every year. Therefore only way to get internet is to self payment or finding sponsors and donations.
