Florian Andrei Cristian - A 20-year-old with a meteoric rise in Romanian professional boxing, a young athlete who works day in, day out to build an enviable career aimed at world titles and who devotes all his energy to this goal.

In 2024–2025, he managed to win eight (8) professional boxing matches out of eight contested, securing four major titles: the IBA International Championship title, the WBF International Championship title, the WBF Intercontinental Championship title in the Super Middleweight division, and the IBO World Youth Championship title.

The matches contested are:

- 19 April 2024 at the professional boxing gala held at the Sports Hall in Dobroiesti, where Florian Andrei Cristian defeated Bogdan Stoilov of Bulgaria (0–5–0).

- 27 April 2024, at the professional boxing gala held at the Sports Hall in Timișoara, Florian Andrei Cristian defeated Laszlo Fekete of Hungary by TKO in the first round (22–22–2).

-24 May 2024, at the ‘Rudel Obreja Memorial’ professional boxing gala held at the Gheorghe Tadici Sports Hall in Zalău, Florian Andrei Cristian defeated European and International Champion Sladan Janjanin from Bosnia and Herzegovina (40-20-0) by TKO in the fourth round, an athlete with 40 victories, 26 of which were by knockout. He has fought five times in Floyd Mayweather’s promotion and three times in Oscar de la Hoya’s (GoldenBoy) events, with his last superfight taking place last year against Hollywood superstar Jose Benavidez Jr, winning the IBA International Championship title.

- On 10 August 2024, at the professional boxing gala held in Zagreb, Croatia, Florian Andrei Cristian defeated Srdjan Nikolic of Croatia by TKO in the third round (4–8–0).

-18 September 2024 at the ‘Cobzaru Fighting Championship’ professional boxing gala held at the Polyvalent Hall in Bucharest, Florian Andrei Cristian defeated Milos Janjanin from Bosnia and Herzegovina (16–62–0).

 - 3 October 2024 at the professional boxing gala in St Julians, Malta, Florian Andrei Cristian defeated Jose Miguel Torres of Colombia (38–21 - 0) and won the WBF International title; Torres has 38 wins to his name (29 by knockout).

- 29 November 2024, at the professional boxing gala held at the Metropolitan Circus in Bucharest, Florian Andrei Cristian defeated Jose Espinoza "La Dinamita" ESPINOZA, a member of the VENEZUELAN Olympic team (18-4-0), winning the WBF Intercontinental title in the Light Heavyweight category, namely 79.4 kg. 

- 4 April 2024, at the “Rudel Obreja 2 Memorial” professional boxing gala held at the Gheorghe Tadici Sports Hall in Zalău, Florian Andrei Cristian defeated Edisson Saltarin Doro of Venezuela, who had a record of 21 wins and just 4 defeats, by TKO in the 5th round and won the IBO World Youth title.

The boxer began his professional boxing career at just 18 years of age in November 2023, when he became the first boxer from Sălaj to be registered with the Romanian Professional Boxing League.

All funds raised will be used for the athlete’s training, recovery and travel expenses for the boxing match on 12 August 2025 in Malta.
