Today, we are reaching out to you with an urgent appeal to help us keep our doors open.

Due to unforeseen financial challenges, we are at risk of closing down in September 2024. To continue providing a space where artists can thrive and locals can connect through our monthly workshops and events, we need to raise 4,000€ by 30 August 2024. Your support is crucial in helping us achieve this goal and ensuring the survival of our art studio and gallery.

How you can help us

Your donation will help us cover essential costs and keep our beloved studio and gallery in operation while we continue our search for prospective studio members. In return for your support, we are excited to offer you the following benefits:

15€ - Priority Invitations and Free Admission to Events

Receive priority invitations to all our events and enjoy a free drink or admission to our drawing nights, valued at 15€.

30€ - Free Desk Rental for 1 Day

Enjoy a complimentary day at our studio, where you can immerse yourself in a creative environment and work on your projects.

50€ - One-Hour Venue Hire

Hire our space for your own event or host a workshop with our support.

100€ - Two-Hour Venue Hire

Hire our space for your own event or host a workshop with our support.

LICHTENGARTEN is more than just a studio and gallery; we strive to become an established community hub where artists and art enthusiasts in Berlin can come together, connect and collaborate. Your contribution will not only help us keep the lights on but also ensure that we continue to provide a space that nurtures creativity, supports local artists and nurtures the community in and around Victoriastadt.

Even if you are unable to donate at this time, you can still help us by spreading the word and sharing our fundraiserwith your friends, family, and social networks to help us reach as many people as possible.

We are also actively looking for people to rent our space and would be happy to hear from you if you are interested in a monthly or one-off rental arrangement. Please see our advert here.
