Hello! I'm going to write this out in the open, I'm looking for me and 1 other mom, some kind soul who would like to help us financially. We both have kids and we are really trying, but unfortunately the sun hasn't always shone on us... We recently had a pipe burst in the bathroom in our apartment and flooded the neighbors below us. We knew we had a problem with the pipes and dealt with it, but unfortunately the day before the man was due to come to fix it, it burst completely and mischief was already in the world... It cost a lot of money and had to be paid for as soon as possible so I had to borrow. Unfortunately, the bank didn't want to lend me money because they don't work on HPP, they work part-time, because I save every penny and I don't deduct my social security so that I don't get charged more... So I had to get a quick loan and out of 20 grand I'll be paying back about 40 something. Of course, there are other costs involved - daycare, my dog who has a heart problem, and also to be able to function normally. So I'm really asking if someone could donate 20k for me. I know it's a lot, but I can work it off by working evenings for example, cleaning, or babysitting if you have one. Unfortunately, I won't be able to pay it back because I'll already be struggling to pay off the loan as it is... About the 2 mom, she would need 5k to donate. Her daughter will be 5 soon and she doesn't even have enough for a gift for her... She's a great cook and a great baker too! So she could give back with food.
