We are XBIT, an employment agency founded by two experts in recruitment for the shipbuilding industry. Although we are just starting out, we already have contracts with the Gdańsk Shipyard for the supply of skilled workers and engineers.

Thanks to your support, we will be able to:

• Conduct professional training courses on modern shipbuilding technologies and safety;
• Organise certification of specialists (welders, fitters, machinists, marine mechanics, etc.);
• Provide practical training directly at the Gdansk shipyard;
• Purchase the necessary equipment for skills training and online support system for participants.

The fundraising goal is EUR 30,000: these funds will be used to pay the fees of trainers and experts, issue official certificates, rent practice sites and develop a candidate support platform.
