The time has come: Francesca is turning 30 and, like anyone on the cusp of their thirties, she’s in the midst of a major existential crisis. Between existential questions, taking stock of her life and the constant battle between ‘I want to escape to a desert island’ and ‘I can’t be bothered to get out of bed’, she needs to rediscover her inner balance.

Besides, putting up with me on a daily basis is already a form of Zen training, but perhaps she needs something more… like a yoga retreat far away from everything and everyone, where she can finally breathe deeply without having to listen to my complaints. 😆

🌿 The goal? To give Francesca an experience of peace, relaxation and spiritual enlightenment (or at least a bit of inner silence).
