Hello, Dear Friend! I have something to say! I am still running and working on @sirsnigauzkopsana ( find in Instagram)! Cleaning (physical work) was my side therapy for anxiety and panic attacks—it worked as an active meditation. My anxiety is now calmly integrated, but @sirsnigauzkopsana continues its journey like a bubbling mountain stream—small, yet so powerful! Where does this strength come from? The strength comes from the mountain! And at some point, I realized that I am that Mountain! And this mountain has another strong, bubbling stream—it flows in the driest place, the Sahara Desert. In Morocco, right by the Algerian border. I was searching for a space to be with myself, outside of social roles (yes, mother, wife, etc.) and responsibilities. I found this feeling in the desert and built (construction is still ongoing) my base there—Silent Camp. This is my way to zoom out, to step outside the familiar playing field. Silent Camp is now open to everyone! Privately, on Booking, Airbnb. Retreats, ascetic experiences, simple being, etc. This is more of a charity project, as all income (thank you to every single client—also 80% of Sirsnīga uzkopšana earnings) stays in Africa, supporting a large family. They also have the opportunity to work at Silent Camp and, in doing so, provide for their family.
