I am a 61 year old Icelander that is being forced in to retirement and since i am unable to work i have decided to join my daughter and girlfriend in the philippines i have decided to build a house there one that allows for me to live there and my family its a small house and even if construction is less expensive there i will still need some money to finish it and there for i have decided to look to you good people for a little assistance. i will take care of the the interiors and everything that needs to be done after closing up the house. i think i have calculated this as close as i can regarding the construction and roofing if it will not be enough that will be fine i will manage after it is closed. i look forward to any questions you might have and cant wait to spend time with my daughter in the philippines that i havent seen since beginning of covid
