Hi, I'm János Juhász and I'm collecting for a scooter, which is crucial for my future.

At the age of 52, as a hard of hearing, I have been looking for a part-time job for months in vain. My situation is even more complicated because I can't afford to work 8 hours or more on a fixed-term basis because of my father's care - I could be needed at any time.

The solution is to work as a courier with flexible hours.

I have found two courier companies (Wolt, Foodora) where I could work as a self-employed person, completely on my own schedule. This would be the perfect opportunity for me! Unfortunately I have a bicycle, but I can't pedal for long hours due to my knee joints. A scooter is therefore essential for this job.

Why is this the first step?

If I can get the scooter and the necessary protective equipment, I can get to work straight away. This income will allow me to realise my next, much bigger dream: owning my own property in the countryside. I am confident that with the financial basis I have created with the scooter, I will be able to save for this independently, step by step.

How will I use the donation?

I would spend every penny on the scooter and the protective equipment I need for my safety. I'll be able to cover the maintenance costs, fuel and servicing myself from the courier service.
