My name is Andrzej; I am a doctor with 44 years’ experience and, at the same time, a patient suffering from advanced-stage colorectal cancer (Pioneer Patient)

Objective: To overcome the tumour’s resistance by striking at its ‘Achilles heel’ – its metabolism and defence systems.

Therapy principles 

- starving cancer cells of glucose (2-DG) – lack of energy for further cell division.

- exposing glutathione molecules on the surface of cancer cells, which act as a defence against oxygen free radicals as a result of oxaliplatin therapy (sulphasalazine causes a lack of protection against oxidation).

- Bombardment from within (Artemisinin releases iron radicals).

Next stage: Attack via the body’s own repaired system (Dendritic cell vaccine (DC) – a precise strike against cancer via repaired lymphocytes and plasma cells).

An integrative oncological approach to bowel cancer

1. Immunological Pillar: Personalised Dendritic Cell (DC) Vaccine

Mechanism: Using the patient’s own cells to ‘teach’ the immune system to recognise the antigens of a specific tumour.

Why this is crucial: In advanced stages of cancer, standard immunotherapy often fails because the cancer creates an ‘immunological mask’ by producing antibodies that block lymphocytes. The DC vaccine removes this mask.

Clinical note: This is the precise targeting of T-lymphocytes, not the indiscriminate stimulation of the immune system.

2. Metabolic Pillar: Glycolysis Blockade (2-DG / WP1122)

Mechanism: Cutting off the fuel supply. Colorectal cancer cells are ‘addicted’ to glucose (the Warburg effect), and 2-Deoxy-D-glucose (2-DG) mimics glucose, enters the cancer cell and blocks energy production (ATP).

Synergy: A starved tumour lacks the strength to divide and repair DNA following chemotherapy (e.g. oxaliplatin).

3. Oxidative Pillar: Inducing Ferroptosis (Artemisinin + Sulphasalazine)

Mechanism: Exploiting the ‘gluttony and appetite’ of the cancer (cancer cells absorb 3 times more iron than healthy cells) to use iron against the cancer itself.

Artemisinin (Artesunate): Reacts with iron inside the tumour, creating a cascade of free radicals that destroy the cell from within.

Sulphasalazine: Blocks the production of glutathione (GSH).

Why this is important: The tumour defends itself against death by producing its own antioxidants. Sulphasalazine ‘disarms’ these shields, and Artemisinin strikes the cells. ADMINISTRATION OF GLUTATHIONE (GSH) IV IS A MISTAKE IN THIS MODEL – IT IS BUILDING A SHIELD FOR THE CANCER!

4. Supportive Pillar (Standard of Care): Synergy with Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy

Premise: The above steps do not replace oncological treatment, but make it more effective and efficient.

I require financial support to purchase certain medicines unavailable in Poland (Artemisinin, Lanex DC dendritic cell vaccine, 2-Deoxy-D-glucose (2-DG) – a glucose analogue). The treatment I will try on myself will, in the event of my success—that is, remission of the disease—be described and published, and may help save other patients suffering from advanced bowel cancer. It is an important goal for me to help others in need who are suffering from this disease. Another important goal is to return to work as a diagnostic pathologist who makes diagnoses based on reports in the field of malignant tumours. Please give me a chance at effective treatment, and I will help others in need by continuing to work in this specialist field, diagnosing cancers and determining prognostic and predictive factors in tumours.
