Hello! We are Ira and Chow, an international multidisciplinary mixed-media duo, combining cutting edge technology with innovative dance expressions to deliver our signature immersive interactive experiences.

On 7th June 2025, our computer was unexpectedly damaged while in transit, and we are no longer able to continue the visual arts aspect of our practice which we have been developing for the last years. The damaged component is required to create the immersive interactive visual experiences.

The videos show the visuals aspect when the computer was still functional, in various contexts and settings. As you can see in the videos, the visual effects are reactive to sound and vision, combining the senses in a mesmerizing melange of colours and movement. Using the power of Artificial Intelligence running within the computer, the software instantly conjures up vivid imagery, from just a simple text prompt, without needing an internet connection.

Feedback from those fortunate enough to attend our events and experience the visual effects firsthand have been unequivocally positive, and there is demand to see more of what we have to offer in the next venue and event, with all the little improvements and refinements added for every performance. Unfortunately, due to the computer damage, we will be unable to deliver these experiences until we can afford to replace the damaged component!

(Technical details: The damaged component is an Nvidia RTX 4080 discrete GPU, on which the CUDA and Tensor cores are used for the realtime AI calculations. The nature of the damage is assumed to be mechanical vibration and acceleration, leading to excessive bending of the PCB and subsequent fractures in electrical traces and/or soldered connections, due to the mechanical leverage and mass of the cooling system on the GPU as well as the lack of structural support in the ATX form factor. The replacement GPU will be smaller in size and less susceptible to mechanical damage.)
