Everyone has a heart ache, there are several around actually. I have schizophrenia, it not as it described in wildly known for public, and the early terminology called it adio visual hallucinations, sometimes it is easy to get by, u get used to it, but there are the days when new is not bearable or gets its own kind of need of basics to bare it on every day life.

Ted talks on u rube has some good videos on it and there are the publicly available stuff on basics of psychology - reason of not known medical literature because it has a basic need of understanding urself in a normal and this new kind of "envoirement". ( Publicly available/ socially understandable versions of C.G. Jung can help to get yourself prepared for ur on basic behavior and some of it reasons.) For social approach the first reactions of ur friends and family will give u a basic on how is ur reflection on the known basics since it has started happening to u, not to them.

While u still have to fit in, provide for yourself/ves and ofcourse continue living as the basic member regardless of what u are going through l.
