Description
Hello!
My name is Matic Žagar, I’m 18 years old, and ever since I was a child, I’ve loved spending time in the kitchen, passionately baking all sorts of desserts for my loved ones.
My favourite things to make are croissants, macarons, sourdough bread, glass desserts, Prekmurje layered cake, fruit tarts, doughnuts, biscuits, crème brûlée, and so much more.
Recently, I’ve also been baking for parties and weddings, and my dream is to open my own patisserie. To learn how to create top-tier French pastries and gain as much experience as possible, I plan to study French pastry arts at École Ducasse in Paris. However, covering the tuition fees is a significant financial challenge for me.
That’s why I’d be endlessly grateful if you could contribute and help me make my dreams come true!

Hi there!
My name is Matic Žagar, I’m 18 years old and ever since I was a child I’ve loved pottering about in the kitchen and am passionate about baking all sorts of sweet treats for my loved ones.
My favourites to make are croissants, macarons, sourdough bread, desserts in glasses, Prekmurje gibanica, fruit tarts, doughnuts, cookies, crème brûlée and so much more.
Lately, I’ve also been baking quite often for parties and weddings, and my dream is to open my own patisserie. To learn how to make top-quality French desserts and gain as much experience as possible, I plan to study French patisserie at the École Ducasse in Paris, for which I am raising funds, as the cost of the course is a major financial burden for me.
I would therefore be infinitely grateful if you could donate some money to help me make my dream a reality!
