Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out on behalf of a close friend who is going through an incredibly difficult time. She’s a strong, caring single mother of two children, and right now she needs our support more than ever.

In January, she lost her job due to a medical leave and has been struggling ever since. Despite doing everything she can to get back on her feet—including actively looking for work—she’s faced with the harsh reality of a competitive job market and the ever-increasing cost of living in Sweden.

She’s doing her best to provide for her children, but the pressure of covering rent, bills, and food as a single parent without a steady income is overwhelming.

This fundraiser is to help her bridge the gap—so she can take care of her family, keep a roof over their heads, and breathe a little easier while continuing her job search. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference.
