The Haunted House - Renovation of a New Cultural and Artistic Space 

Haunted House in Rogoźnica (The Haunted House) - I am planning to open a unique space for musicians, photographers, and other creative souls eager to spread their wings. However, for The Haunted House to fulfill its purpose, it requires a thorough renovation and significant effort. The costs are big, and I will need your support to properly prepare this place. That's why I have decided to initiate this fundraiser.

It’s Tomek "Woodraf" here, some of you may recognize me as the guy who organizes the Return To The Batcave events in Wrocław or as the guy behind Bat-Cave Productions, a label that releases a lot of weird music spanning goth-punk, post-punk, deathrock, coldwave, and other similar musical oddities. I've been involved with the independent music scene for most of my life, and during this time, I've got used to realizing crazy and seemingly impossible projects.

Recently I've been hinting at a new project, one of those seemingly unreal projects... The idea was to create a space for artists, musicians, and all those who want to express themselves in a creative way.

And finally it’s happening! I've become the owner of the Haunted House in Rogoźnica! It's an old building in need of extensive renovation, but it has a unique character and immense potential. There's over 800 square meters of space which could be transformed into an extraordinary and one-of-a-kind place on the map of Poland. There are also plenty of legends circulating about this house... After all, the name Haunted House didn't come from nowhere, right?

Alright, let's move to some details... What can you do in this Haunted House?

1. You can gather up with your band and polish material for a record - there are several rooms in the house that are perfect for this. I can say there are almost ready-to-go rehearsal spaces here, and even a concert hall...
2. Need to record? No problem! I have all the necessary equipment and I'm happy to share it with you, and accommodation is available too... Contribute symbolically to the upkeep of this house so I can prepare it as best as possible for these needs.
3. You can do a photoshoot or shoot a video - there are plenty of diverse spaces here, including a large basement, attic, and if necessary, we even have a coffin in one of the rooms, as well as skeletons ;)
4. You can spend a night in the Haunted House. If you're on tour with your band and fate, or luck, you came around the Rogoźnica area and need a place to sleep - a Haunted House is waiting for you.
5. A cozy spot for a getaway. If any of you just want to spend a weekend or vacation in the Haunted House or take a photo in the coffin, if you dare - you're welcome!

Haunted House - Renovation Plan

Before this place can function well, many renovation tasks need to be completed, which with your support, will happen much faster and more smoothly. So far, I have managed to develop an annex with an attic (120 m2) where the first band rehearsals have already taken place, the gate to the future "concert hall" has been secured, the area around the building has been pre-cleaned and the missing windows on the ground floor have been inserted, a monitoring system has also been installed, however, I will need your help for further work.

The funds raised will primarily be allocated to:

• Roof renovation (estimated cost 60000 PLN (it's about 14000€)
• Rooms for rehearsal space / recording studio
• Accommodation area with toilets
• Insulation
