I am writing to you to apply for funding for the renovation of a house that I want to use to help people in housing need, homeless people and young people on the path to homelessness. The project aims to provide a safe and temporary shelter for people in acute housing need while creating a stable base where they can work to improve their situation.

**Project description

- Purpose:** To renovate a house to provide 6-8 rooms of 10-12 m² for people in the target group.

- Renovation needs:** The house needs new flooring, 2 bathrooms and toilets, and a shared kitchen needs to be established.

- Period of stay:** Once the house is renovated, people in the target group can apply for a stay from 1 to 180 days.

- Co-payment:** Residents will have to pay for electricity and water consumption, which is estimated to cost around DKK 30-80 per day.

- Maintenance:** The maintenance costs of the house will be covered by the profits from the project.
