Subject: Application for funding to renovate a house for people in housing need, the homeless and young people at risk of homelessness

Dear 4fund team,

I am writing to you to apply for funding for the renovation of a house, which I wish to use to help people in housing need, the homeless and young people at risk of homelessness. The aim of the project is to offer a safe and temporary place to stay for people in acute housing need, whilst also creating a stable base where they can work on improving their situation.

**Project description:**

- **Purpose:** To renovate a house so that it can offer 6–8 rooms of 10–12 m² to people in the target group.

- **Renovation requirements:** The house requires new flooring, as well as two bathrooms and toilets, and a communal kitchen needs to be installed.

- **Length of stay:** Once the house has been renovated, people in the target group can apply to stay for between 1 and 180 days.

- **Personal contribution:** Residents will be required to pay for electricity and water consumption, estimated to cost around 30–80 kr. per day.

- **Maintenance:** The house’s maintenance costs will be covered by the surplus from the project.
