Dear Known and Unknown!

It's not easy for me to pick up a pen (or keyboard) right now, but I've reached the point where I can't do it alone. I live with autoimmune disease, severe liver problems, brain tumour and brain cyst. I also suffer from Meniere's disease, which causes permanent hearing loss, tinnitus and almost constant dizziness. Together these have made it completely impossible to work and live a normal life.

My daily life has become a struggle - not just with illness, but also with survival. Apart from the cost of medical tests, medicines and treatments, even the most basic expenses are a problem.

That is why I am now turning to you - to you - for help.
