Description

We are looking for an investor in a new residential estate in Tirkšliai, Mažeikiai district, where we plan to create a unique living space combining the tranquillity of nature and the amenities of the city. The development will comprise 12 plots, 10 of which will be for single-family houses. Each house will have about 120 sqm of living space and a spacious yard of 12 acres, offering a comfortable and high-quality living environment.
