"Hello,
I'm at the end of my tether. A medical error destroyed my life and left me with irreversible after-effects. Physical pain and emotional suffering have become my daily routine.
Despite my efforts to recover, I'm faced with medical and rehabilitation expenses that are insurmountable for me. I am forced to appeal to your generosity to try and survive.
Every day is a struggle for me. I'm isolated, alone and desperate. But I refuse to give up. I want to continue to fight for my life and to regain a little dignity.
Your help would be a ray of light in my tunnel of suffering. It would enable me to continue with my treatments and try to regain some quality of life.
