Hello and thank you for checking out my fundraiser!

My name is Lily, and I grew up in Hungary. My mother raised me and my two siblings alone, and we struggled all throughout my childhood. My family doesn't have any savings and my current job doesn't allow me to save up for the studies I would like to pursue.

My country doesn't offer the kind of course that I'm interested in, and for the longest time, foreign courses seemed impossible for me to take, because they tend to be so expensive. I found the perfect opportunity at an Icelandic university, but unless I save up at least 1500 Euros, I can't move there to study, since rental prices are way more expensive than here.

I realise this is not as noble as a cause as some of the other fundraisers, and I feel guilty even asking, but if you spared just a little for me, I would be most grateful.
