ROIBU Miruna Teodora is a little girl, almost 8 years old, who was born with Down Syndrome and spastic tetraparesis. Through therapy, she has seen enormous progress. She had physiotherapy and Vojta therapy from the age of 5 months, but at 2 and a half she couldn't even hold her head. She has recently made further progress through the Freamăt de Speranță Association in Câmpulung Moldovenesc. Last year she had two operations to dislocate both hips. She was in a cast for 4 months and took 8 months off from therapies. Since June she started the therapies again and for half a year she has been going to the clinic for 2 weeks a month, and she has recovered very well.

The costs of the therapies are high, in addition to all the expenses for medication, pampers, food, regular analyses, check-ups and .... the list goes on. At present, Miruna cannot move her little legs, does not speak, only gurgles, and needs constant support and therapy. Her parents, ROIBU Viorel and Mariana ROIBU, are working hard and making every possible effort, even after prostate cancer surgery. I have also enclosed her disability certificate.
