I’m devastated to be writing this, but my best friend, Lenka, tragically passed away in a terrible accident. She was out on a date when a police car, chasing another vehicle, collided with the car she was in. She was the only one who didn’t survive.

Her parents are heartbroken and, unfortunately, they don’t have the financial means to cover the costs of her funeral. As her best friend of 12 years, and someone who shared a home and so many memories with her, I’m trying to do everything I can to give her a proper goodbye.

Right now, I feel helpless. All my savings went towards the rent and expenses for the apartment we shared, and I’m struggling to help her family with the funeral costs. It’s hard to put into words how much she meant to me, and losing her this way feels unbearable.

I’m asking for your help to raise funds for her funeral and a memorial in her honor. Any contribution, big or small, would mean the world to me, her family, and everyone who loved her. I just want to make sure she’s laid to rest with the love and dignity she deserves.
