In 2020 I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I wanted to cure and heal myself naturally in the process I tried a few things like low carb diet, keto, one meal a day concepts but was not so much effective. In January, 2022 my diabetes peaked to extreme level. I took most traditional methods this time which included fasting and dry fasting. I fasted for 5 days straight without food and water and did this for 3 weeks in a row. Meaning I used to get into fasting on Sunday night and broke my fast with water on Saturday morning. In May, 2022 I was no longer diabetic. I healed out of it but not completely. I was pre diabetic this time. I continued my research on spiritual path thorough out 2023. In 2024 I finally found out clinically proven method to completely reverse type 2 diabetes. I was sure this time how to tackle excess blood sugar levels and how to deal with insulin resistance. I found the the real reason behind body's inability to use insulin. After this the healing process was very straight forward. Beta cells which are born every 3 months were re-engineered in such a manner that whole body mechanism changed. Inner engineering was essential to reset the body which is controlled by soul. What are ghosts, how do they come into existence, what is spirituality, what is religion, why world needs religion, who are gods, why do they come to planet earth. what are civilizations, why civilizations start, flourish, reach their peak and suddenly vanish from earth. Like this I have a perspective of many things and answers that are realistic.

I can cure/heal type 2 diabetes in as little as a month for most dedicated patients and upto 3 months for normal patients. The process involves fasting not necessarily dry fasting as it is not recommended for normal people due to extreme methods. Simplest fasting technique is intermittent fasting which gives scope for eating and drinking every day within the time zone and calculated A1C levels.
