On 14 and 15 September 2024, south-west Poland (Lower Silesia) - my home

home and places where my family and many friends live: Stronie Śląskie, Kłodzko, Lądek Zdrój was hit by devastating floods 🥹 Fortunately, my family is fine, but many of our friends have lost their homes, businesses, source of income; some have even lost their loved ones. The towns, roads and infrastructure have been badly damaged.

With autumn just around the corner, the flood victims have to rebuild their houses, renovate and furnish their flats or simply find a new home to survive the winter.

Our goal is to reach out to those who need tools, building materials, household appliances, etc. Many do not have access to computers or the internet and the money collected so far may not have reached them.

We are collecting for the following people, among others:
