I have care level 4. I live in the country and am in a wheelchair and can only afford personal assistants for 4 hours once a week. More would be necessary! But not affordable. Funding is only available from care level 5 upwards, without an assistant I sit at home and can watch the leaves fall down. Husband works. Children out of the house. There's no opportunity for social contact here, no coffee house, nothing, it's a huge psychological burden!
